M9-26 Coal Powder Centrifugal Forced Draft Fans
Application: It is used to force draft in boilers of thermal power plants, or to convey materials, air or other gas without flammability and stickum. The medium temperature is 70℃.
Type: single inlet, 5 models of №12.5,13,14,15,16.5. right-rotating or left-rotating, 6 angles of discharge: 0°,45°,90°,135°,180°,225°. D drive.
construction:
Impeller: blades, wheel cap and wheel disc are made of 16Mn. Blades have wear-resisting coating, There are 32 forward curved blades. The Max.cycle speed of vaneless diffuser will not exceed 140m/s. Due to static&dynamic balance, the impeller is stable.
Casing: it consists of two parts, when two parts are divided, the rotor can be removed to check and repair. The volute is made of 16Mn that is wear resisting. The rest part is made of steel.
Inlet: the streamlined and undivided inlet is bolted at the front cover plate.
Drive device: it consists of the shaft, bearing housing and coupling.
9-28 I High Pressure Centrifugal Forced Draft Fan
One inlet capacity is 2200 m3/h~300,000m3/h, two inlets capacity is 600,000m3/h. The pressure range is 3430~19700Pa.
Application:
Used in forging furnace.
Used in conveying materials.
Conveying air or other gas in cement decomposing.(above №16)
Limits:
The medium temperature can not exceed 80℃.
The dust load in medium can not exceed 150mg/m3.
No stickum in medium.
The medium should not be flammable, explosive or corrosive.
Note: Heat-resisting and high-strength material should be applied to make the high temperature fans that will be used in steel forging.

9-35/Y9-35 Boiler Centrifugal Fans
Each with one inlet, 9-35 boiler centrifugal fans are suitable to force draft or induce draft in steam boiler of 2~240t/h.
9 is the round number of the result of 10 multiplying by total pressure coefficient of fan at the highest efficiency(nmax) points.
35 is the round number of specific speed of the fan at the peak efficiency(nmax).
After number 35, there will be number 11 or 12, the first number 1 of 11 or 12 means one inlet, the second number means design number.
couplings are used to connect fans and motors, D indicates the direct drive.

Blades, tapered wheel cap and flat wheel disc are welded together to form the impeller, the max.rotating speed of impeller can reach 80 m/s. The shaft is made of high quality steel. Rolling bearings are applied to fans with one inlet. There are thermometer and oil indicator on the bearing housing.
The casing is a volute that is welded by steel plate. Each of №6~12 fans has a whole volute, but the fan whose model is above №13.5 has a quarter volute that can be dismantled for the convenient impeller removal. The adjusting door near the inlet is used to control capacity and motor load.
8-09/9-12 Copula High Pressure Centrifugal Forced Draft Fans
The fans are used to force draft for smelting furnace, forging furnace or copula with melting rate of 1,2,3,4,5,7t/h. The fans can also be used to convey air and other gas without corrosiveness, flammability, stickum. The medium temperature can not exceed 80℃. The load of dust or particle in medium can not be more than 150mg/m3.
Each of 8-09/9-12 centrifugal fans has one inlet. There are 5 models of №6.8A、7.1D、8D、8.5D、9D for 8-09 fans, another 5 models of №6.8A、7.1A、7.7A、8D、9D for 9-12 fans.
Both 8-09 fans and 9-12 fans can rotate clockwise or counterclockwise.
The angle of discharge of every fan, no matter its rotating direction,can be one of 3 angles: 0°,90°,180°.
Y8-39/Y9-38 Boiler Centrifugal Induced Draft Fans
The fans are designed to save energy when boilers change working conditions. The fans were designed by experts who came from various fans companies and organized by Ministry of Machinery. They were promoted by Ministry of Machinery and State Economic Commission to save energy. They are of high efficiency, low noise, flat performance curve, wide range of high efficiency.
The fans are suitable for 0.5~35 ton/h boilers that are equipped with preheaters and dedusting devices. The highest inlet temperature can not exceed 250℃.
A dedusting device, whose efficiency should not be less than 85%, must be used to reduce the dust load of the gas that will go into the fan. This will not only reduce the pollution, but also lower the dust-wear for fans and prolong the service life of fans.
When two series fans have same models, they share same installation dimensions.
The fans can rotate clockwise or counterclockwise.
The angle of discharge of every fan, no matter its rotating direction, can be one of six angles:0°,45°,90°,135°,180°,225°.
9-16/9-26 High Pressure Centrifugal Fans
The fans are generally used to force draft for forging furnace, and convey materials, air, gas without corrosiveness, flammability and stickum. The medium temperature is not more than 50℃ generally,the highest medium temperature can not exceed 80℃. The content of dust or particle in medium can not be more than 150mg/m3.
Each fan has one inlet. There are 13 models of №,4.5,5,5.6,6.3,7.1,8,9,10,11.2,12.5,14,16.
The fans can rotate clockwise or counterclockwise.
The angle of discharge of every fan, no matter its rotating direction,can be one of six angles:0°,45°,90°,135°,180°,225°.
